5b@Crackenback has amazing mountain views and easy access to the ski fields. It is perfectly situated within a resort nestled in the Thredbo Valley at the edge of Kosciuszko National Park, halfway between Jindabyne and Thredbo, and adjacent to the Skitube. The superb location provides the perfect setting for a quiet getaway, winter snow sports, or a mountain adventure at any time of the year.

Although the apartment is part of a privately owned Chalet, it is self-contained with its own entrance, dedicated parking, and a full laundry/ski locker/drying room. Free WiFi. No facilities are shared with the Chalet.

The accommodation includes a separate bedroom with a king bed (or two x king singles on request), a built-in robe, desk, and heating. All linen is provided. The ensuite bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail for your comfort. Complimentary toiletries, tissues, and towels are provided. A hairdryer is available for use during your stay.

(Please note: The apartment accommodates a max. 2 adults. It is not suitable for children. Additional guests are not permitted.)

An open-plan living area includes a lounge, dining table, and kitchenette. There is a gas log fire offering a cosy retreat in winter and an air conditioner for your comfort in summer. The living area has sensational views across the Thredbo Valley and the Crackenback Range and opens to a balcony with outdoor furniture providing the perfect setting to enjoy the view and the mountain air. The kitchenette is fully equipped including a bar fridge, full oven, four-burner gas hob, and a microwave oven. (NB: The nearest supermarket is in Jindabyne). For your convenience, a Lavazza Coffee machine, coffee capsules, milk warmer/frother, tea, long-life milk, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided in the apartment, as is laundry detergent.

All our guests have access to the onsite resort facilities including direct private access to the Perisher Skitube car park for their journey to Perisher and Blue Cow ski resort and numerous activities, including archery, golf, and tennis.

For your ski and boarding equipment or rental we highly recommend Harro’s Snowsports located within the resort.

Mountain bike enthusiasts can also access the renowned Thredbo Valley Track (TVT) right at the doorstep.

We are located within the resort just 15 minutes from Thredbo ski fields and mountain bike courses, 15 minutes from Jindabyne township, and adjacent to the Skitube car park with access to Perisher and Blue Cow ski resorts.

Surrounded by the wonderful Snowy Mountains and all they have to offer, 5b@ Crackenback is the ideal Snowy Mountain all-season getaway.
