This tastefully appointed freestanding two story Chalet is situated in the heart of Crackenback along the Alpine Way.

The entry level comprises an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area, drying cupboard and the main bathroom with full length bath and laundry cupboard with washing machine and dryer.

The living area features an alcove area with concertina door to the second queen sized bed built into the joinery as a murphy bed. These doors can be closed completely to enjoy some privacy as a bedroom or opened up to make part of the living space.
There is a gas fireplace to keep you warm in Winter and air-conditioning to keep you cool in Summer, not to mention your very own sun-filled balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Crackenback.

Upstairs you will find the cosy Master bedroom with queen size bed, wall mounted smart tv all with amazing views of the mountains and a modern ensuite bathroom.

Guests have access to restaurants, luxury spa, gym, tennis courts, indoor pool and sauna and other outdoor activities including golf, trout fishing and even Segway tours. Please note some activities may incur costs.

The chalet is approx. 20 min drive to Thredbo and located right next door to the Ski Tube which can be used to access Perisher snowfields.

Rocky Road is a new and developing area and construction may take place on some neighbouring properties.
