If you're craving the great outdoors, there can't be many better options than this Lake Crackenback apartment. The home itself exudes rustic charm, with a gas fireplace, a modern equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with mountain views. Pleasant as it is, however, we have a feeling you won't actually be spending much time inside. The ski lifts at Perisher or Thredbo resort can be reached in twenty - twenty-five minutes by train or car so you can be carving up the slopes in no time at all. Guests also get passes to use the resort's communal amenities, which include a swimming pool and a golf course. If you ever fancy a change of scenery at any point, the banks of Lake Jindabyne can be reached in a quarter of an hour in the car, while Jindabyne's downtown can be reached in the same amount of time.
