If you are looking for a property with views to winter snow-capped mountains and well planned open plan living spaces in a stunning location then Grasmere is the perfect place to stay. You can cook a bbq outside on the spacious deck or whip up a gourmet meal in the fully appointed kitchen or just cosy up inside on the lounge in front of the gas fireplace.

This property has 2 generous bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.(Nobo panel heaters in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in both bathrooms). Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, wall mounted tv, built in open robe. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed also with a wall mounted TV, built in open robe. The European style floor heated laundry has a washing machine and dryer and also has racks for drying boots after a cold day up the hill.

Guests have access to restaurants, luxury spa, gym, tennis courts, indoor pool and sauna and other outdoor activities including golf, trout fishing and even Segway tours. Please note some activities may incur costs.

With 1 covered car space and the ideal Crackenback location, you only are a few minutes to the ski tube to access Perisher and under 20 minutes to Thredbo, and with access to some of the best walking and mountain bike trails in the country right at your doorstep.
