Grey Mare Chalet is beautifully appointed and spacious. The light filled open plan living area offersfloor heating and reverse cycle air conditioning.There is plenty of space for the family with an entertainers kitchen and all the appliances you need. A large breakfast bar leads through to the lounge area with a huge stone fireplace (wood supplied during Winter) which adds to the ambience of the property and location. A separate media room will keep the kids of all ages happy with seating of 2 comfortable leather couches and a full wall length cushioned seat, thid makes fora perfect spot for movie night with the Blu- Ray DVD Player and flat screen TV. On this level there is also a large powder room for your convenience.

Upstairs is a Master bedroom with a King bed and views of the ranges and ensuite bathroom with spa bath. Bedroom 2 has sleeping for 4 onbunks beds, and a full sized family bathroom on this level services bedroom 2.

The Chalet has its own lock up garage with racks for skis and snowboards and another off street parking space on the right hand side of the driveway.The communal lobby space shared between Grey Mare and the adjoining studio unit , Four Mile Hut , has seating so you can take off the boots at the end of the day and utilise the shared laundry with washing machine, dryer and a Bosch ski clothing dryer.

Guests have access to restaurants, luxury spa, gym, tennis courts, indoor pool and sauna and other outdoor activities including golf, trout fishing and even Segway tours. Please note some activities may incur costs.

Grey Mare is an all year destination property with a fantastic outdoor seating area with large BBQ only 400 metres from the skitube terminal. Another great feature of this chalet is the historic chair from the decommissioned Ramshead chairlift in Thredbo. This is the only accomodation in the area with its own historic swing in the back yard,so make sure you take the kids out and give them a gentle push while you look up to the ranges. Mountain Biking trails are at your back door and walking tracks in the surrounding area and National Park and use of thegolf course helpsyou to experience all the region has to offer.
