Ideally located in the heart of Dinner Plain it is a short walk to restaurants and bars, general store and ski slope.
Mount Hotham is a short 12 km bus ride drive away.

In the summer Kokanee provides a retreat for those wishing to escape the heat and hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoy the scenic walks and incredible views of the alpine region.

Kokanee contains 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area and a loft which sleeps 4 singles and acts as a kids retreat.

Kokanee Features

Kokanee can accommodate 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and a loft. Three bedrooms (with queen size bed) are located on the 2nd floor with a bathroom and toilet. The 4th bedroom (with queen size bed) is on the 3rd floor adjacent to loft area which has four single beds. The ground floor contains an open plan living area, kitchen, bathroom with spa bath, toilet and laundry. The entry way and laundry are well equipped to deal with storage and drying of snow gear and equipment. A built in bbq for your entertainment is located on a deck with ample bench seating amid snow gums.

The living area has both peaceful bush setting and open reserve views. The large window seats are perfect for curling up with a book. Couches flank the central fireplace, ideal for relaxing and chatting with friends.

Books and boardgames are provided for your entertainment.
The kids retreat also has Cable TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hotplates, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery.

The laundry is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron. Laundry detergents and kitchen detergents are supplied. The laundry doubles as a drying room with ample hanging space.

There is parking available for 2 vehicles. Other vehicles may park with a permit (free of charge) at the long-term car park at Scrubbers End.
