Split over two levels with two large living areas, the apartment comfortably sleeps 7 adults. The master bedroom (queen size bed with full ensuite) and combined kitchen/lounge/dining have balconies with beautiful views. So relax in winter overlooking the lake from the warmth of the glass walled wood fireplace, or enjoy a drink on the balcony watching the sun set over the Crackenback range in summer.

The apartment includes a well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided), laundry with washer and dryer, drying room for winter, multiple televisions and a stereo with input for your mobile device. The downstairs guest bedroom contains a queen bed, and the upstairs bedroom contains both a queen bed and single bunk beds. The apartment has a dedicated undercover car space with multiple uncovered spaces. All linen is provided.

The apartment is located lakeside in magnificent surrounds with abundant wildlife. There is 150 acres of space to enjoy bushwalks and mountain biking along the Little Thredbo River and the adjacent Koscuiszko National Park. For winter, the skitube is right next door and Thredbo is only 10-15 minutes drive.
