Lawlers apartments have been a long standing favourite with groups and families for many years due to their proximity to the centre of the Hotham Village, chair lifts, shuttle bus, restaurants and bars that Hotham has to offer.
Lawlers 40 is a large apartment over two levels that offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and extensive 270 degree views across the Village, Summit and the mountains beyond.
This 4 bedroom apartment has a queen bed with ensuite with and spa bath, a queen bedroom with one set of 2 single bunks, bedroom 3 has 2 sets of 2 single bunks and bedroom 4 has a double and 3 singles.
There is a large drying room, well equipped kitchen with new large gas/electric stove, microwave, 2 x 500litre fridges, dishwasher, plus there is a washing machine, dryer, TV, video and CD system. The main living area has lounge seating for 15 as well as a large dining table with surround seating. All bedding and linen is included and there are also three oversnow trips included in and out.

Check in location: Proceed to the Corral Day Carpark and contact Mt Hotham Accommodation on 03 5759 3522 upon your arrival. You will be required to come into our office located at Chalet Hotham to formalise your arrival.
Directions to Lawlers apartments will be provided upon arrival at the Mt Hotham Accommodation office.
