Built in 2006, Moritz Apartments are located in the Davenport area and is only a short ride on the free village shuttle bus to many restaurants, shops and cafes or the village center. Spaciously designed, this apartment also features its own private balcony, heated flooring in the bathrooms and unsurpassed views. This great apartment has 2 car parks located on the lowest level of the complex with direct indoor access up to your apartment. Access to the main ski area for intermediate to advanced skiers is via the Davenport Access Trail conveniently located just across the road from your accommodation (snow/weather permitting).

Access to the main lifts is via the free village shuttle bus which stops just 20 metres from the apartment main car entry and will take you to the village centre. This apartment comes with two secure undercover car parks, located on ground level. The apartment faces out over the Swindlers Valley ski area. The large balcony provides panoramic views, taking in the entire valley. The front door of Moritz 1 leads into the open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

If you arrive prior to the arrival time of 4pm we are unable to hold any luggage. If the apartment is ready when you arrive at Mt Hotham we will happily allow you to enter the apartment otherwise we can advise you when the Apartment is available.

Check In: After 4pm. Check Out: Prior to 10am.

Check In Location: Proceed to Hotham's Day Car Park and come up to our office located at Chalet Hotham to formalise your arrival. Directions to Moritz Apartments Complex will be provided.
