This is a three-level luxury self-contained townhouse with all bedrooms accessing their own ensuite bathroom. The upper level features an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area with two outside balconies facing north and west. The ground level consists of a large secure garage with plenty of space to work on bikes, and a huge laundry with all facilities provided.

Free parking for two cars in the remote controlled garage, plus additional free parking immediately outside the apartment. It is easy to move around Mt Hotham by foot or car outside of the snow season, with lots of marked trails. The Great Alpine Road provides access via Harrietville from the North, or Omeo from the South. It is a fully-sealed road very popular with alpine cyclists.
