There is a well equipped central bathroom and separate w/c.

Hydronic heating and electric booster heating ensure the apartment is warm and snug.

Includes LCD TV & DVD, dishwasher, clothes dryer, laundry facilities within building and high chair facilities can be arranged with prior notice.

Mt Buller, one of Australia's premier ski resorts, is located only 248 Kilometres from Melbourne . With 58 runs across 263 hectares of terrain, you can go all day at Buller without ever taking the same run twice. The 25 lifts are capable of moving 40,000 people an hour.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposit of 50 % of total cost is required within 7 days to confirm booking with balance payable at least one calendar month prior to arrival ( both non refundable).
If reservation is made less than one calendar month prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of you booking without notice.

$1000 bond payable

CANCELLATIONS
if notice of cancellation is received one calendar month prior to your arrival your deposit will be fully refunded less a 15% administration fee...
If less than one calendar month notice prior to your arrival is given, all monies are forfeited.
